Services
Zenith Home Services provides plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and electrical services for residential and commercial properties in Colorado. All services are subject to availability and technician scheduling.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. Written estimates are binding for 30 days from the date provided. Final invoiced amounts may differ from estimates if the scope of work changes during service.
Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a trip charge.
Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If a repair fails due to our workmanship within the warranty period communicated at time of service, we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
